Order Processing
After your payment is confirmed, your order begins processing within 1–3 business days. This window does not include weekends or public holidays. During busy sale periods, handling may take slightly longer, and we will email you if your order is affected.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All orders are dispatched from our United Kingdom warehouse.
- Express: £9.50 for orders under £50.00. Estimated delivery: 2–17 business days after dispatch.
- Standard: free for orders of £50.00 or above. Estimated delivery: 3–25 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, remote-area routing, weather conditions and carrier delays may extend the actual delivery window.
Tracking
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
Shipping Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. Packages cannot be redirected once dispatched. We are not responsible for parcels lost or returned because of incorrect, incomplete or outdated address details.
Customs & Duties
International orders may incur import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and items. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please reach out within 21 days of dispatch so we can investigate.
